During the years, the role of art has changed from being considered as a luxury, its now more widely seen as an individual’s expression or personal language. It won’t be incorrect if we say that Art can also change how you see, feel and perceive.
Since taking the reigns as the founder and curator of ‘MERAKII ART HOUSE’, New Delhi-born Ms. Chandni Gulati Aggarwal has produced one elegantly executed exhibition after another, featuring talented artists. Merakii is all set to host another art exhibition titled ‘Reflections’ at The Ashok Hotel, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. From the 18th-20th November 2022. The show opens on the 18th of November 2022, at 11am till 20th November 6pm.
The exhibition is said to be displaying works of 12 Artists from India and Abroad. Artists will be displaying Abstract Art, Digital Art, Landscapes and Still life Art.
“I have thoroughly engaged myself in drawing life portraits with the help of my ever so faithful shutterbug. Portraits full of life…full of positivity… portraits teeming with infinite energy…that are like a beautiful poem…transcend the space time continuum. Portraits that, well, are a reflection of my emotions…of my very own soul. It is these very portraits that I intend to present before the world on a beautiful spotless canvas…
And what better place for me to display these emotions than this exhibition…aptly titled, ‘Reflections'”.- Atul Pandita Lifographer
“To me, Art is equivalent to healing and creating your own happiness. I believe that when you paint or create, you become one with this magnificent universe during the process and that beautiful beautiful process turns out to be nothing less than meditation. And I embarked on a spiritual journey a few years back and the artwork that I create is reflective of that only.” – Artist Arshhia Chawla

Merakii Art House was established in June 2017 with the aim of serving artists with unique talents and potential. We focus on mentoring and assisting artists who are just beginning their careers, as well as instilling proper art knowledge in them. We strive to make curating shows and organizing camps a learning experience for all artists. Our purpose is to help artists in their development and the growth of art in India.
“This exhibition is to celebrate the talent and letting the audiences witness pure talent and expression. Artists have suffered a lot during the Covid -19 pandemic with absolutely no platform or opportunity to disseminate. This show exhibits the emotions experienced during tough times through visual art.” says Chandni Aggarwal, the curator.
Artists will be displaying their unique artworks in Oil, Acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media.
