Delhi will be lock-down from 6 am Monday
Delhi will be locked down taking into account the developing coronavirus risk, from 6 am on March 23, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal reported at a joint question and answer session with Lt Governor Anil Baijal on Sunday.
The lock-down will proceed till 12 PM on March 31, Kejriwal said.
During the lockdown, no open vehicle will work and Delhi’s outskirts will be fixed however the fundamental administrations identified with wellbeing, nourishment, water and force supply will proceed, he said.
Dairies, basic food item shops, physicists and oil siphons will stay open yet people related to basic administrations will be permitted to go to their goals during the lockdown, he said.
“We know people will face difficulties, but lockdown is necessary to contain the spread of coronavirus,” the Chief Minister said.
He additionally said six of the absolute cases revealed in Delhi were privately transmitted.
